In the fourth episode of BBC Two’s The Hairy Bikers – Everyday Gourmets, Olly Smith joins the Bikers as they show us how to create a gourmet party in lean times.
They’ll be cooking up canapés, cakes and tasty party treats, learning from history how to create a party centrepiece without blowing the budget and getting top tips on creating gourmet vegetarian food from two Michelin starred Lancashire chef Nigel Howarth. Finally they’ll put everything learnt to the test when they throw a surprise party for thirty five very deserving farm volunteers.
The episode will be broadcast on BBC Two at 8pm on Wednesday, 20th February.
