BBC ONE’S CELEBRITY MASTERCHEF CONFIRMS 2021 LINE-UP 

Hot on the heels of last week’s hugely successful MasterChef final, BBC One’s Celebrity MasterChef 2021 line-up is confirmed with celebrities from the world of drama, music, sport and show business battling it out for the coveted Celebrity MasterChef 2021 title 
 

Produced by Shine TV, John Torode and Gregg Wallace will be putting their own taste buds through a range of lip-smacking, and potentially not so tasty  dishes, as they discover which celebrities have the palate and skill to chop, slice and sizzle their way to lifting the iconic Celebrity MasterChef trophy.

 

The 20 celebrities hoping to follow in the footsteps of last year’s champion Riyadh Khalaf, are: lead-singer of pop band Blue and actor Duncan James; national treasure and actor Su Pollard; Britain’s Got Talent finalist and award-winning comedian Nabil Abdulrashid; comedian and digital creator Munya Chawawa; editor-in-chief of the Frank magazine and broadcaster Melanie Sykes; actress Rita Simons; singer and X-Factor winner Megan McKenna;  model and TV personality Penny Lancaster; fashion designer and Great British Sewing Bee judge Patrick Grant; furniture restorer and presenter Will Kirk; TV personality and author Katie Price; ex-England footballer and TV presenter Dion Dublin; Strictly Come Dancing dancer and choreographer Johannes Radebe; journalist, author and presenter Gavin Esler; double-gold Paralympian Kadeena Cox; Love Island winner and TV presenter Kem Cetinay; actor and presenter Joe Swash; actors Melissa Johns and Michelle Collins and indie national treasure’ and Happy Mondays legend Bez

 

The series will be broadcast over six weeks and will feature a new series of cookery challenges designed to stretch the celebrities culinary ability to their limits.

Special guest judges making an appearance include top British chefs Nisha Katona, Mitch Tonks, Sabrina Gidda, Alex Rushmer, Calum Franklin, Max Halley and the Michelin-starred Nieves Barragan-Mohacho and Tom Kerridge.
