Channel 5 today announces the return of its primetime, people-driven, consumer entertainment format hosted by Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford as a live weekly prime time show. Produced by Goowoo Media, this new series of the show will again shine a spotlight on rogue companies and red tape, whilst championing inspiring stories and creating emotional reunions. And this time the presenting team will also feature consumer show legend Esther Rantzen.
For this new series Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford will be joined by Esther Rantzen who will be spearheading special individual national campaigns to change minds and lives.

Thanks to the bravery of a bereaved mother talking about the risk of suffocation from nappy sacks five manufacturers have agreed to implement a warning text on their packaging.”

Broadcast live each week from the Cochrane Theatre in London’s West End, joining Eamonn, Ruth and Esther will be presenter Michael Underwood and a host of roving celebrity reporters. Each week, the team will report on examples of over-bearing officialdom, as well as meeting the people making a real difference to others. From the sublime to the ridiculous, the series will feature laugh-out-loud moments and social injustices.
At the heart of the show is a celebration of people doing the right thing and making a difference. Focusing on the companies and organisations doing us wrong - the show will inspire and engage the audience with a clear ambition: to try make the world a better place.
Commissioned by Guy Davies, Commissioning Editor, Factual, and Executive Produced by Richard Woolfe of Goowoo Media, the show will also be on the road each week as the presenters celebrate the unsung heroes, stand up for the man or woman in the street and give a much needed voice to those whose voices feel they are never heard.
